Welcome to Denno Land Surveying
Denno Land Surveying is a full service Land Surveying and Civil Engineering company located in the Tariffville section of Simsbury, CT.  Denno Land Surveying has been owned and operated by Brian Denno, L.S. since 2008, when he acquired the existing firm of Nascimbeni and Jahne Surveyors, P.C..

Brian is a licensed Land Surveyor with a degree in Civil Engineering and over 35 years of experience in the industry.  Prior to establishing his own business he was with a CT Land Surveying & Engineering firm for 23 years.  

Our company is available for all your surveying needs; whether it be a taking a new residential subdivision from the raw land purchase to the final house "as-built" or the construction of a large commercial building with all of the parking lot and utility layout.  We have all the required knowledge and expertise to help you with your unique project.

​We have worked throughout all of Connecticut since 2008.  Previous jobs include multiple Farmland Preservation Surveys for the CT Department of Agriculture, ELUR plans all over western CT, and most recently construction layout for a multi-use development in Simsbury, CT. FEMA flood certificates have taken us to Old Saybrook, Suffield and Farmington.  

Denno Land Surveying has been involved from the first step in subdivisions in Avon, Farmington, Granby and Suffield.  Environmental companies, primarily working with gas stations and dry cleaners, have taken us to all corners of the state.  Stakeout and existing condition plans are a consistent source of our work in the surrounding area; Simsbury, Windsor, Windsor Locks, Bloomfield, Avon, Farmington, Burlington, Suffield, Canton, Granby, East Granby and West Hartford.
